Do you bend so you don't break ?

Today isn't just another day even though you might have the Moody Monday habit.

Bend your body and you might feel lifted .
Jumping jacks ,believe it or not creates joy .

Try doing your chores in the morning on Monday before starting your day .

Try (meatless) Monday's and you will feel the best energy .

Make a green smoothie or juice  some great fruits and vegetables  (pretty hair ,skin and nails ).
